Free Shipping
The total dollar value of your order must be greater than $25.00 to qualify for free shipping. It will be the sole discretion of Wilderness-Survival-Gear.com to choose which method is used for shipping. Delivery can be expected in 2-6 business days. Free shipping is not available for orders paid through Google Checkout. Orders must be shipped within the continental United States to qualify for free shipping.
Products are acceptable for return within 30 days from shipping date. Products that have been in use that become defective should be sent to manufacturer’s repair facilities as outlined in the owners manual. All returns must obtain a Return Authorization. Please contact us by phone or e-mail for a Return Authorization prior to returning product. The correct return address will be provided with your Return Authorization. Freight charges do not qualify for reimbursement.
Any media such as erasable flash cards, movies, music CDs, and software is acceptable if it is un-opened. Oversized items cannot be returned, and are covered by the manufacturers warranty only. Consumable items such as food and water are not eligible for return. Any product that has been modified or has internal tampering with is not acceptable for return.
A defective product is an item that, after being set up properly, does not operate correctly on initial use. Products found to be defective upon initial use or installation will be exchanged, repaired, or refunded at our discretion. Defective products must be returned to us, in new condition with original display carton and packaging. Products must be returned in an exterior carton. Returns must include main component(s), all accessories, manuals and receipt (or copy). Product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. Any return that is missing or has damaged packaging, accessories, manuals, etc will not receive a full refund.
Any item damaged by the freight carrier will be covered by insurance. You must retain all packaging material for 10 days. We normally handle and file the claims for damaged shipments. Upon acceptance of the claim from the carrier we will reship the product. Each case is handled on a personal level and we will do our best to get replacement product to you as soon as possible.
Products ordered and fulfilled correctly that the customer decides they do not want can only be returned if they are in new re-sellable condition. New condition means that the product AND PACKAGING look as they did when they were originally shipped to you. A minimum 10% restock fee will be charged for all new, non-defective returns. Products returned to us in damaged packaging or that are missing accessories, manuals, etc. will be subject to a larger re-stock fee. This includes items that were packaged in plastic clamshell packaging, products that have security tape on the boxes, and products that show obvious signs of wear from usage.
